It's sparse, industrial like Chipotle, but made to order, more or less. This was a great, welcome meal. It was very tasty. Here... for a conference, and the lack of drama and just good, basic food was welcome. Dumpling wrappers were just a hair dense and thedecor was concrete and hard services. It takes a lot for me to give five stars. Saw this place on yelp and man it was so spot on. I didn?t put a thing in my mouth... that I didn?t like. Tried the classic bubble tea. She let me sample the classic and Thai to see which one I liked. Bothamazing but settled on the classic. So good! I had chicken potstickers and hubby had the half and half pork dumplings andnoodles. We LOVED all of it! I also added the sesame balls last minute and I can?t even believe how amazing these littleballs of goodness were. I enjoyed the half noodle & half dumpling vegan entree I sampled but the tea was a bit too sweet for my liking, although still... worth a try! The parking was a bit sparse (payment required near restaurant) and the wait in line during lunch took a moment butthe atmosphere was clean and the staff was welcoming. Delicious! Below is part of my half and half. It was too good the first few bites to stop eating and take a picture. I got the poison level... of spice and it was not at all poison. A spicy compliment that didn't detract from the dish just provided additional flavor. Thenoodles were all well done and the local beer I had was delicious. I'd come back here. First time trying Three fold and it did not disappoint. Beef noodle soup and the pork dumpling were amazing. Only thing I would... have liked to be different is that you have to go back through the line to get another beer. On Friday night that was a 20minute ordeal.
