I’m a big Trop Smooth fan in general, but this location needs to get it together. Orders are often wrong and they just always... seem to take 10 minutes longer than other locations. Bad systems? Bad management? Cursed? Not sure. Read more
Great smoothie, dinning area clean and bright tropical decor. That's pretty much where the 3 stars came from. The cashier was... dry, but took my order. The kitchen/work area was very dirty. I've never seen a work environment that bad and expected better. It was really something to see because as I watched them work and take orders, they just stepped right over the trash. A guyworking dropped a bottle of what looked like sauce and just left it on the floor....to be honest if I saw what I saw BEFORE Igave my order and paid, I would've just left. I knew it would've been a process to get my money refunded. Read more
I like this place because it gives an option to sit outside. The weather is good.
Great food as always, I guess I went at the wrong time, because I was in the drive through for almost 30 minutes.
12.06.2020 @6:35PM I do not go to Tropical Smoothie Cafes in Arkansas anymore bc of really bad experiences I've had in a couple... of towns, but since I was in LR I decided to try this one. My experience was actually really good. The women at the window werereally nice and took the time out to make sure they got my detailed smoothie accurate. I didn't have any complaints about my experience. They are not super customer oriented. For instance, they served my acai berry... smoothie in between a conversation that they were having. Smoothies are one size and will run you about $6.00. Oh, and the drivethrough will test your steering prowess. Read more
