New to the little town area first time ordering from Pizza Hut and it was amazing the food was hot and very delicious
My husband and I decided to order pizza for our family of 6 plus my in laws. We have ordered from Littlestown Pizza Hut many... times before, but the last few times we have purchased pizza it seems to be going down hill. Yesterday's experience was by farthe worst. Below is my husbands account for what happened. Not only did we not get pizza for dinner but he said that there wasno explaination or empathy from the manager. "So disappointed I ordered online around 3:45 for 5:15 pick up. I Showed up around5:05 and paid for my pizza order. I watched my order on the screen and waited 45 minutes and after asking multiple times when myorder would be ready I was told at 5:50 it wasn't even started and was offered to have my money refunded or wait even longer. Iopted for the refund because my wife and children were at home getting ready to go trick or treating at 6:00 and were waiting onme to bring home dinner so we could eat quickly and head out. I wasted 45 minutes of my time and will never order food fromLittlestown Pizza Hut again." I realize they may have been busy or short staffed but their lack of good customer service andcommication was the decision to leave this review. Update. After my complaint. It has good service but would like to see more seating. I know it is made for carry out and delivery but I like the pizza salad... bar that some have. Maybe it is not busy enough yet. Read more
Ordered pizza and cheese breadstix...pizza was ok, but the breadstick were very disappointing. I had had them before from other... Pizza Hut locations and they were soooooo good. Don't pull off the road into their parking lot to take a rest, they will call the cops on you. What do they think will happen... when the cops intarigate me? One, they find something and haul me off to jail. Two, they find nothing, and let me park andrest. Obviously, the caller wanted option one, to see me hauled off to jail. This is extremely unfriendly and dare I sayviolent. Do not stop to rest in this unfriendly town. Do not to stop spend one dollar, one cent, or one minute, in thisunfriendly town; they will call the cops on you and try to put you in jail. Read more
Their pizza is amazing! I'm usually not a huge fan of fast food pizza but their stuff is really good!
