Ordered on the app at 6:45 tonight. Trying to get dinner quick before running kids to practice. Went in to pick up at 7:05 as... the email confirmation said. Store was busy. Not enough staff. Maybe 6-8 people in front of me. I waited for a few minutesuntil the employee asked if anyone was picking up an online order. I raised my hand and she explained that they were out ofsteak and she needed to make more. They waited on the people in the store and then proceeded to make the steak. I ordered on theapp to avoid having to stand in line. 30 minutes after my order was placed they informed me they ran out of steak. They couldn?tcall me, email me? Waited another 15 minutes for her to make the food after everyone else was helped. The employee did offer adrink while I waited 45 minutes for my food. We won?t be coming back. Read more

My name is Kelly klunk. I've been working for Subway for almost 3 years now, and we've had a variety of customers in a variety... of moods... But all in all I am so grateful for my regular customers as well as my new customers that come in. They are all sokind and so patient. We are not perfect but I know personally I try to give my best service to everyone. I want to thankeveryone for positive ratings for our restaurant on here! Thats so awesome you took time out of your day to do that for us. Asfor the poor ratings..I want to apologize to each one of you for whatever happened in our store to make you feel anything otherthan great service and great food.
