Fast service this time, Food was warm, tasted good. They did not ask if i wanted my receipt and did not thank me. Also the apple... turnover was cold, never had that before at this location. It was upside down so the frosting stuck to the paper when removed. Read more
First of all, I just wanna say our food was perfectly made to order. But, as someone who has worked in food, I expect that. What... I don't always expect is the FRIENDLINESS of the employees. While everyone who worked tonight (9/7/22) was great, Taylor reallystood out. She had a great attitude, was super friendly, and did not rush us while we were deciding on our order. We even cameright before they closed the lobby and they accommodated us, and Taylor had kept a genuine smile on her face the wholetime. Thank you, Taylor. You really made a long day much better. I'd do zero stars if I could. Just got an order via Grubhub that was laughably off. Called the restaurant and they could not... have cared less, they just passed it off to GrubHub and didn't acknowledge a thing. Everything was on the receipt on the bag,but their quality control is everything but. A meal but no fries. A small beef and cheddar instead of the medium one. Mozzarellasticks and no marinara. And once again, zero accountability when I called the restaurant. Service at restaurants in general hasgone to the cellar the last couple years but even I was blown away by how bad this order was put together. A 6 year old couldhave figured it out better. I'm never going there again. I had the same experience as the last time... arbys is great for a tender meat y sandwich.. but... twice now I have gotten the totally crisped ends and to much gristle to take a single bite without spitting it out. I willnever go there again. Read more
This location is a very dirty location. All of the tables were dirty in some fashion with crumbs or stains. The carpet was... dirty. Our food came out and it was cold. Not a very good experience at this location. We will not be back. Read more
Arbys is supposed to be a tender thin cut roast beef sandwich. Usually it's pretty good but the last 2-3 times we have been the... roast beef is cut in thick slices and it makes for a chewy grisly hard to eat sandwich compared to what it used to be. Everyoneis very friendly and I hope they can get it back to better quality. Read more
