Was at the mall and wanted a snack. Stopped at Auntie Anne?s. After I had already ordered, I noticed how filthy this location... is. Saw dirty floors, batter splatter on the wall. Things looked unorganized and out of sorts. The lemonade didn?t look rightand it was served in a dirty cup. Went back was given a frozen lemonade in a new cup. Which didn?t taste too great either. I always have to stop and get my Favorite Pretzels! Although when I do come this place is messy. Trash on the floor, food... left on counter. Empty containers.... I can go on they have 3 staff this time usually only one. Iam waiting 10min for Pretzelsand its 3 in the afternoon. This place gets busy and maybe the manager just doesn't care. Read more
