Took my in-laws to this place as we love trying different winery?s. We had a featured flight of wines and all three wines were... terrible! Great happy hour specials! The pesto deviled eggs are divine!
I?ve loved this wine bar since they opened. It?s a fun place to work, have a glass of wine with friends or alone. Unfortunately... yesterday?s service was horrible. I waited for about 10 minutes and nobody came to take my order, so I walked up to the bar andasked for a glass. More time goes by no one came to check on me, I had to flag somebody down to order some food. I didn?t feelcared about as a person or a paying customer. I ordered the happy hour charcuterie board and a bottle of wine, with theunderstanding it was a take-home bottle, however it came out in a carafe? I can?t drink all that.ha. But thankfully one of theservers poured it into a bottle for me to take home. It would be helpful if the happy hour menu was more clear on what thebottle is. Read more
The most delightful staff, wide open bar and...of course - tasty wine!! We had the featured wine flight and the red wine flight,... accompanied by several items from the food menu!! Loved everything!! The sashimi was SO yummy! Also had the salmon dip and acheese board! We were more than full - but had to try the desert sampler (small bites of four fabulous sweet treats)! Great platters. We had the Red Rocker platter and Hippie Ex. Both were outstanding. Loved the chickpea crackers that came... with both. We had the featured Flights. The red was amazing and the Rose as well. Great experience and service. Read more

Enjoy the knowledgeable management and staff, as well as the beautiful decor. This place and these wines do notdisappoint. Enjoy chef prepared food and hors d'oeuvres paired with current release wines. The atmosphere is casual and lively.Huge windows allow for endless views and there is outdoor seating as well. Carboy has earned a reputation as a formidableopponent in the local wine industry. I recommend the cheese boards and a hearty merlot on these chilly evenings.
