Upon arriving, we were not greeted within 5 minutes. That was just the start. The waitress was very nice and informative.... Although she brought me and my wife and 3 kids soda that was flat. Maybe she was new I don't know. So we ordered differentdrinks. I got a strawberry lemonade and about half way through my drink, I noticed dry tomato sauce or something inside myglass! My son also ordered a hamburger with special instructions, which he received with one of the items he requested not be onhis meal. The manager did come out and tried to rectify the situation. But gave me the option of what he should do.Unprofessional in my opinion but the gesture was nice I suppose. To top it all off, it was my daughter's birthday, she never gota dessert or singing or anything. The overall experience was horrible and we still ended up paying $50. COVID affected this location immensely. What was once quality food and service is sub par at best. Chips are usually cold and... salsa is watery. Don't go at opening, not prepared...cold soup, long wait. Sad, use to be a favorite. Just need to stop trying Read more
Portion size was huge. Had a good time here. Friendly staff. Meals were brought out pretty quickly.
The menu is now mostly Mexican food. That night I just wanted a good cheeseburger. There is dry and there is a point of no... return. Even a serious drowning in ketchup couldn't revive this over done piece of meat with lettuce, tomato, & onion. In theirdefense the Mexican food was well liked & it was close to closing time. Uncooked food. Puke in the bathroom. Manager wouldn?t come talk to us and instead opted for one of the servers to come talk to... us instead. Server was very kind and took the food off our bill. Gave us gift certificates for a couple of free kids meals, butwe left those behind. Thanks but no thanks. ???? ???? Read more
