Inflexible manager that prefers to throw away food than finding solutions- against chipotle values. Waited in line, ordered, and... it was time to pay the cashier scan my chipotle app several times, then it seems a error came up that was not allowing them touse my gift card credit of $17. The total was about $40. I asked them to charge me for the difference and they said sorry but wecannot because there is an error. I ask what balance do you see? $17 then give a credit and charge me the balance. No, we cannotdo that ? you need to call customer service. I asked for the manager? I am the manager and cannot do anything. I asked as themanager you can give me the credit and take the chipotle gift card number and there you go problem solved. After a couple ofminutes of the same . They preferred to throw away my order instead of coming up with a solution. It just does not make sensethat a company will throw away the whole order instead of finding a resolution. The order is made, I have the credit on the giftcard, but the manager continued with I cannot do anything, and prefer to throw away the food. In addition, they marked my rewardfor guacamole and chips as used even after the order was canceled. Disappointed with Chipotle costumer service from thislocation. My son and I were the only people in line waiting to be served with about 6 workers behind the counter chatting. We were told to... wait. Not sure what we were waiting on, maybe them to finish their conversation. We were never helped or even acknowledgedagain. We left and ate elsewhere. Do not waste your time like we did. Read more

I'd give this 0 if I could. Stood in a line that didn't move for 20 minutes and then politely asked staff how long they thought... it would be until they started serving the next customers. My wife went to grab dinner from this location. To my surprise when I unwrapped the burrito I thought chipotle must have... started selling taquitos. Seriously this was the smallest burrito I have ever seen. Literally looked like a microwave burritowrapped in foil. Don?t think we are going back or ordering from here again. This place is falling apart, wish I could say thesame for thier burritos but you can easily keep them together as they are all tortilla these days. Read more

This is the worst Chipotle there is, the staff is not friendly. I was hanging out with some friends in south lands and i decided to go to chipotle with them because it was cold and we were... hungry. they were still open and i could see they were closing up a bit, but i also know that because i work in a fast foodplace, you should still allow customers to place orders before they close. the coworkers hid in the back even though they saw usthrough the window. This location is okay...Not the best in terms of fresh ingredients or customer service though. Mainly filled with teenagers... working, and they were half listening when I was trying to tell them what I wanted inside my salad. Was a little forgiving whenI had to repeat myself more than once, but then was shocked they were putting the wrong ingredients in it after I stated what Iwanted. Would have ordered the steak if it was fresh, but the freshest meat was the chicken...even then, my husband spat out apiece of it because it was too dry.
