Cinnabons were great. Service was bad. They only had 1 person working for both Cinnabon and Auntie Anne?s Pretzel. She was on... the phone the entire time we were there, obviously on a personal call. Read more
I'm sorry to give a one star but I just went all the way to the mall for a chocolate cinnabon and they said they don't make them... anymore. They are still advertising them on their website and even the shirts of the two ladies working there are advertisingthem. I even mentioned the billboard above them was flashing saying try our new chocolate mini cinnabons. I'm pretty sure thewomen here were lying to me. I did show up 30 minutes to closing and waited 5 minutes for someone to come out the back. I thinkthey were ready to go home and didn't feel like making anything else. Read more
I just went in. They gave us both Cold cinnamon rolls. And then they said no drinks except the fountain drinks. This happens on... a regular basis at this location. The last time we came my nephew asked for a Frozen lemonade and the guy said we're all out.The machine is going right behind him. I said the machine is full and he signed. So we left. I honestly don't know why we comeback to this one. We won't again. Read more
ZERO STARS!!! Save yourself a little disappointment and DO NOT stop here !!! THIS IS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST LOCATION EVER! They... are literally out of everything everyday and they say all the drink machines are broken as well so no drinks for you . New menuitems you advertise, forget it they aren't here ...Male staff seems unbothered turning customers away and almost rude whencustomers ask what they actually do have to sell which were Pretzels & they were hard as rocks and dry as hell . This is the 4th time I have tried to get a couple box's of the large rolls for a work meeting. Are always out. There where 4... employees today. About 10 customers walked away. And the only answer the young manager had was I am to busy. And this was a 1p.m. not like it was closing time. All the other Cinnabon locations have stacks of boxed rolls. Just bad management. Came 15 minutes after opening, told they weren't open. Asked if they were selling buns in the window, they said yes, asked for... my order. I gave it and they just stood there. Waited again, nothing happened. Poor service, communication andrepresentation of the Cinnabon brand. Read more
