They do a good job. I've had some complaints with cold pizza, but the service is much better than Pappa John's. And when I did... call about my pizza, they would fix it. So I have to say 5 stars. Not the best pizza in the world, but their attention tocustomer service is what keeps me a customer. Read more

Placed an order at 3:30pm, we scheduled it to be delivered at 5:00 pm. At 5:10 we called to see where our order was, they said... it was still 45 minutes until we would have our order. What the heck is wrong with this situation, why if something is ordered90 minutes early and and given the option to select a time would the manager call an let you know, we would've just come and gotit ourselves had we known ahead of time that our order wouldn't make it by that time. We schedule this because we had to getthe kids somewhere at 5:40pm. So now I have a hungry family that won't get to eat until 8pm. This has totally ruined ourevening and we will never order from this location again. What a shame because we order every other week from you guys, but thefact that my family is now hungry and won't be able to eat for 2 more hours is complete shenanigans. Lesson 101 in customerservice, if you can't make a promise time you should call and make it right. Read more

I was transferred from 3 different Dominos pizzas telling me I wasn't in their delivery zone. It wouldn't had been a problem if... this location hadn't told me I was rude for asking which one delivers to my address. I am an older person with very limitedincome. I rarely am able to order food, but I definitely won't be ordering from this location. The employee was very rude withme and disrespectful. Customers are not always right but her tone and words will solidify that I will never order here or tellothers to order here. Read more

Our local Dominos is absolutely wonderful! I used the app and our no contact delivery went very well! I?m glad we can pre tip... before. Thank you for all you do! PS the delivery drivers deserve More per hour, especially with driving their own cars. DONTBE CHEAP DOMINOS CORPORATE! Read more

Pizzas arrived very over cooked, it looked like pizza that was left out over night. When we called asking for the pizzas to be... refunded the person on the phone offered to resend the pizzas. We declined and just asked for the refund and it was as if theperson didn't hear or understand we didn't want more pizza, just the refund. Read more

Zero stars would be the appropriate rating since I never got my order. My experience is I ordered online on New Year's Eve at... about 6:20. My order tracker estimated delivery in about an hour. Everything started out seemingly normal.... shows my order wasprepped, in the oven, and being inspected by Robert the store manager. Over an hour later it still hasn't left the store, butmind you I'm being patient because I understand it's New Years and the roads were bad due to snow. Finally after an hour and 15minutes it shows it's on the way and I receive a text saying Shawn my delivery driver is on the way. Another 30 minutes laterthe tracker shows it's delivered but it hasn't arrived. Now I'm concerned so I call the store for an update and I amtold....that the order was cancelled! Apparently they cancelled all deliveries after 6:30 due to the weather. I was incensed andwill never order delivery from them again for two reasons. One their online tracker is obviously complete rubbish and an awfulinaccurate system. Two I can't believe nobody at least had the decency to notify me my food wasn't coming. Running late becauseof a holiday? No problem. Running late because of poor weather on top? I understand. Need to cancel my order because you can'tmake it? That sucks but thanks for letting me know so I can make other plans for the hungry children at my party. NONE OF THISHAPPENED.Almost two hours wasted.
