I asked for contactless delivery and not to ring the door bell. Basically I wanted them to come and go. The delivery person... banged on the door and asked if I wanted a receipt. I will never order from Dominos again! There is no excuse for me having toanswer the door when I wanted contactless delivery. Papa John's.... here I come! Read more
Tried to redeem my free pizza and it wouldn?t go through on the app, called the store and was told to call the customer service... regarding the app. Ended up just putting the order through without using what was supposed to be free. App then said the pizzawas delivered, and it wasn?t. Called the store again, and was told that it was still on the way. Pizza never came, called thestore back to cancel the order and she asked what was wrong with it- I said it never came. Was told the driver said he deliveredit and I just said?? it never came. Did an online order and when I got there it still wasn't ready, so I was given a few more minutes to wait. Went in again, and it... still wasn't ready. I lost count how many times I went in and it wasn't ready. I'm not sure how many workers there was butusually it's about a 15min wait, given a time via email is what customers expect. I saw my pizza and the edges were burnt, notlike golden brown, like black edges around the whole pizza which I don't eat the crust anyway but the fact that they handed itto me like that was just something I kept in mind for this location. The inner pie was fine so I would just say, either cleanthe pans well from that pizza before or idk, spray something but it's not acceptable to burn crust of pizzas. This was also oddbecause I chose a hand tossed and it did not have the garlic taste I usually get, there was something off about the way it wasmade vs the way I requested it. Order from a different location. You will be waiting 45-60min for raw dough, you will have to throw into your oven for 15-20 min... before safely eating. I even checked "well done" on both pizzas, after an hour wait they should at least be cooked... What ajoke. Read more
I would really rate it a 3.5. Its not terrible, i will go back again. But the wings pretty upsetting, it seems like they are... saving money and skimping the sauce. I like my wings to be drenched. I dont expect dominos to do just that but my give me ataste of the sauce at least. The pizza was good i got a lg, extra sauce ham hand toss. Only issue with that is i cook the pizzalike 3 min longer. Overall not terrible an as i said i will go back. Read more
