This place is terrible waited two hours for cold pizza. Called talked to savanna says she?s a manger but her attitude says... something else. I never complain never but two hours for cold pizza seriously!!!! 50$ on cold food poor customer service andjust terrible management!!!!! Never will I ever have dominos ever again. Put in a complaint to corp also called TIPS INC andspoke to buddy who is very high up and explained the situation. I would like a call from the GM because this is horrible. Please treat your employees better. Anyone I've ever talked to on the phone here sounded like they were on the verge of suicide... and I was too sad to even eat afterward. They need better wages, compensation, and work environment. I worked at a differentdominos; living with my mom the ~$80 per night was fine. I had a decent time at my job and seeing my coworkers. But I had somecoworkers who lived in their car. People were in a good mood at my location though. I am worried for the people at this one. Andit's been like this every time I try this location. Please give your employees something to live for. They always sound so sadhere and I feel bad ordering from this location and forcing them to do anything at all when they don't even want to be alive.Give them something to live for. Please. I am not normally one to complain about a restaurant because I worked in food service for many years. I also understand the... worker shortage and some days are busier than others. But I have ordered from this location three times over the last 6 monthsand each time has been the same. It has taken over an hour and a half for me to receive my food. And when I do get it, it'spractically inedible because it sat under some heat lamp for over an hour before a delivery driver even picked the food up. Iwanted to give the location a few chances, but I can't any longer. But this time was the worst. The pizza is lukewarm, thecheese bread is twice baked from being under a heat lamp, and the chicken is cold. The delivery driver dropped the food at thedoorstep (without me requesting contactless delivery) and had run off before I could even open the door. If you have not hadthis experience with this restaurant, then please disregard this review. I truly hope others haven't experienced this situationas many times as I have with this location and many customers continue to order, but I won't be any longer, unfortunately. Read more

First experience was good. Nothing to wow us. The second was just poor. Ordered online and it said done in 30 to 35 min even... though when initially starting the order it said 12 min. No big deal. So we waited. And notice the update bar never left natalieor whoever was prepping the order. Keep in mind from the moment we placed the order to 25 minutes later she had done nothing butprep the order. So we decided to head over assuming the site was wrong. We get there and ask about the order. .hmmm no it's notready. So we sit in our car for another 20 minutes. Checking my phone, the pizza is still in the prep mode by this natalieworker supposedly. We go back in the store and notice that their screen for orders doesn't even have our name on it. We askagain and after a look around their tiny store amazingly there is our order. And had been done for a while. BTW, as per thewebsite. Natalie was still prepping our order at least 6 hours later with several refresh. Read more
