prior to the pandemic, this place had gone down hill fast. We decided to give it a try once more. I was pleasantly surprised... on the food quality. Beef fajita meat had a good flavor. Cheese enchiladas were good although i prefer a chili gravy thatdoesn't have tomato in it. This seems to be a recipe change and i prefer the old recipe but this one is still pretty good. Asfor the menu, it is definitely smaller. Only two things i missed from the menu were the Patron's platter and then the option ofall the sauces they previously had, especially the 8 chili caliente sauce as there is no real hot option on the menu. Only foodcomplaint was when the charro beans came out there were not many beans in it as it was mostly liquid. All in all, i'll be backto give it another try. Good food! The service has improved! We were cared for very well. The Roberto's Platter was good and filling! My granddaughters... loved the mild queso. Their salsa is superb. We had some guests and everyone seemed to really enjoy it. If you have guestscoming into town, it's a great place to take them for dinner, with healthy options on the menu as well. We came at 3pm on a Wednesday, first time here. Service, food, and drinks were all excellent. The made-to-order guacamole was SO... yummy. Definitely going to add this to our list of favorites when we are in this part of town. Read more
I really enjoy this restaurant. It is not the GREATEST Mexican food, but the food is good and consistent. I really love the... habenero salsa, and HIGHLY recommend it to everyone! The service is usually good and the overall wait time from ordering toreceiving your food is usually great. I usually go during lunch time, and find the atmosphere to be perfect for conversation andfellowship. Read more
