They are known for Detroit style. Came in and tried for first time. The crust was great and the sauce was good. I ordered... pepperoni and mushroom. Holy moly! If you are gluten intolerant like me stay far away from this place!!! This was my first time ever trying Jet?s. ... While they have a gluten free crust, they cross contaminate big time!!! I had hives that I scratched for 45 minutes anddeveloped a migraine and my joints are super stiff and achy now. The sad part is that I had leftovers that I had to throw away.They really need to watch take more care with people that have allergies and intolerance. I?m truly disappointed. You really have to work at it to earn a bad review from me. Jet's Pizza on Broadway has achieved it in spades. The reason for 2... stars and my patience with repeated poor service is that we like the pizza! At 6:20, I used their Text to Order feature to orderour Pizza. (It seldom works as promised.) AT 7:00, I called to make sure they got the order and was assured it was received. At7:30, an hour after initial order (on a WEDNESDAY) I was told they were just making it and we should get it by 8:00. By 8:30 Iended up cooking after a horrible day. No call, never an apology and this is the final straw. Goodbye Jet's. I can understandstaffing issues and product shortages but lies and customer neglect are inexcusable. You have all been warned about a pattern oflousy service. We are done. Read more

The food was great Detroit-style pizza, but even more... cool: My 8-yo daughter decided she wanted to raise money for dogs/cars in need. We offered to match what she raises. The goinghas been slow as she?s raising from a box and sign she made on our door. Last night our delivery driver gave generously. Shewas so excited. And the pizza was awesome. Will be ordering again! Figured I'd try something new tonight and wow, I have never been to a more overrated pizza joint, super not impressed. $31 for a... large deep dish - more like a medium - and 8 wings with no dressings which is totally unheard of at competitors. Don't get mewrong, everything tasted pretty good, my beef is with the garbage online ordering system and average customer service. Triedsigning up for points and ordering online last night (3/6/21), come to find out I didn't earn ANY points for the arm and leg Ipaid for and not to mention how long it took to make. Customer service was mediocre at that except the manager who did what hecould to rectify the points situation. I mean what else do you expect than a bunch of high-schoolers running the show. Not onestar because the food was alright but I could feasibly get a better pizza for a better price at a sit-down restaurant. Don'tunderstand all the good reviews...it's not worth it guys Read more

IMO, there is no competition for a thick crust pizza. I'm from Michigan and grew up eating Jet's Pizza! Have been so pleased... with every pizza I've gotten there since they came to Colorado. I always get the XL because you get a row of slices without thecrust; which I love. This is pepperoni and mushrooms. So perfect! Read more
