I don?t know why there?s all these bad reviews for this location? I?ve been to this location 5 times and each time my experience... was great! The employees are super nice, walk by and ask if you need anything, and call you by your name when they do. I used togo to the location on Wadsworth, but everyone there is super rude and rushes you to leave. Definitely going to start going tothis location and not Wadsworth! It?s further away from my house, but worth it for a great experience. Thanks to each employee!Keep it up. Read more

We were passing through and placed an order for carry out for a couple sandwiches. When we arrived to pick them up, it was a... complete disaster. The sandwiches were horrible, tasted like someone dumped salt in them and they were missing severalingredients. I called to speak with the manager about the situation the next day and to get a refund. We love Jimmy Johns, so wewere really disappointed by the quality of food and surprised how messed up our sandwiches were. But, an even bigger surprisedcame when the manager, "Kevin", said he couldn't do anything for us except give us a credit at that store. So ridiculous, whywould I want a credit at a store I'll never go back to nor live near? And for what, to eat more bad food?? He refused to giveme a refund and basically told me there was nothing else he can do. When I asked for his boss' name, he refused to give it andgave me the whole, "we'll call you, don't call us spiel. I would not advise eating at this store, if you value your Jimmy Johnsexperience. These people have no clue what they are doing! So sad! And, they certainly don't care about customer satisfactioneither. Read more

It is a shame that this location has gone downhill. We either need new ownership or shut this shop down as it is not portraying... the culture of what Jimmy John's is. The employees are treated terribly. One instance, there was a CO2 leak in the restaurantand the employees were forced to work but not allow customers in the building. They were getting dizzy and sick as reported byone employee. This past weekend, I ordered sandwiches to go because JJ's is supposedly "freaky fast." Well, 1 hour went by withno sandwiches. Not so "freaky fast" to me. We had to cancel our order and I am still waiting on my refund. There are too manygood businesses in our area that we should be supporting. Read more

I just love how fast these folks get you taken care of. The Beach club is a favorite and I love getting the day old bread for 50... cents. By far my favorite bread from the chain sub shops! Read more

Food and service are good if you go into the store. Delivery takes 1-2 hours and has for the last 5 orders I've had at least. I... am done with delivery at this location moving forward. Read more

This location is horrible! One time our delivery didnt show up at all we had to call multiple times to get our money back... because they said there is never a manager available. Then another time we were waiting 2 hours before we finally got a phonecall where the kid asked if we still wanted our order since they were about to close! Then tonight they forgot the meat on myhusbands sandwich and screwed up our sodas. He apologized and brought back new ones just for one of them to have no syrup! Ugh Igive up, never again! Read more

I have had multiple bad experiences here. The bread is always rock hard and the crew is often rude and seem bothered that you?re... in there. I specifically asked for fresh bread last time giving them another chance. The The bread was so hard I couldn?t eveneat the sandwich. Very disappointed. Read more

It took more than an hour and a half for 2 sandwiches to be delivered, with no warning on the website about delays (estimated... delivery time was 20 minutes). There should at least be a warning or accurate delivery time (maybe even pause online orders ifyou?re really that backed up??).
