I didn?t get a chance to try this location tonight. I showed up with 15 minutes till close and was told they threw away all the... bread already. I told the woman behind the counter that they should lock the door in a nice way, as I have worked at arestaurant before and know the importance of having food until the very close. I am OK with cleaning until close but if you wereclosing at 9 PM you better have food until 9 PM. I was truly disappointed I don?t go to Jimmy John?s often and won?t be back. Iam from Arizona and the location I used to work by Used to keep the bread and give it to customers or homeless people who mightwant it the next day. I ended up at Arbys, and I was able to get something that has healthier bread. Thank you for making sure Igot proper nutrition. Read more

This store is Rock Star status in my book!!! Tried a different store closer to my hotel and multiple times noone picked up.... Logan picked up on the second ring. Double checked delivery area and said my hotel was just on the border but that he woulddeliver my order. Here lickity split and sooo dang tasty. Doe anyone else crave a Jimmy John's like me...well it is so good.Thanks Logan for the excellent customer service and fast delivery. Read more

I experienced the most horrible customer service. The Girl I spoke to was very rude. All I wanted to know is whether my order... came through. If you are busy and short handed, trust me, I get it. She approached me wrong!! It is not my fault if you had abad day, or if you are short staffed. I simply called asking if my on- line order had been received, because it had been a longtime. Order from this store frequently and have never had a issue before until today. Grabbed my food from driver and Said to myself... ?why is this bag so light?? I opened the bag to find out there was no sandwich at all and just a bag of chips. I stopped thedriver and let him know and he didn?t believe me until I showed him. Driver was just a young kid but he was very respectful andapologized for this action. He called his store and let them know. I also called the store and explained the situation to thislady. After explaining to her she said sorry, then stopped taking and said ?wait can you repeat that?. (Like if I was makingthis up). They delivered the MIA sandwich and let me know they had a mass order they prior and things got mixed up. Iappreciate this store getting this sandwich to me in a timely manner. Freaky Slow! Our office is .7 miles from this store location, and today was the third time our order had taken over 45 minutes.... From the time of order, it took 31 minutes to be prepared before going out for delivery, and when it left for delivery, it took30 minutes to be delivered 7 blocks down the street. So overall a total of one hour to make a sandwich and deliver it less thana mile. I could've started my own sandwich shop in the amount of time it took for my food to get here. I called the store andwas half-heartedly told "Sorry we just went through a big rush." Understandable, but when your slogan is focused on how quicklyyou prepare and deliver food, this amount of time is unacceptable. Specifically the 30 minute delivery time to drive 7 tenths ofa mile. This happening one time is a mistake, two times is a concern, three times and I wont be ordering from this locationever again. Read more

We have ordered JJs a number of times and have never had a problem. Tonight we ordered a total of 4 subs, one of them was a slim... for my son. The slim was just fine, but the other 3 sandwiches were rock hard and we were unable to even bite into them. Icalled the store and the manager told me that there was nothing they could do. Only after I asked why they didn't stand behindthe quality of their product did he offer to replace the harder and rudely told me that he needed the other sandwiches back. Itold him that we gladly would. Our delivery driver Alex was very polite and apologetic when he brought the new sandwiches. Read more
