Regrettably, we had this JJ?s location cater lunch to celebrate a big company milestone. What an embarrassment! The majority of... the sandwiches literally had 1 single slice of meat on them. 1 guy was running the whole shop and answering phones. His name is Colin. Sounds like there were some unexpected issues with... other employees this morning. A note to the owner that Colin was getting pulled every direction and answer calls from upsetdelivery customers. Terrible place with clueless staff. I asked for a slim 5 with mayo...guy behind the counter tells me he can't put mayo on it and... to order the Vito instead but it will cost more, fine. I tell him no onion or oil and vinegar, I literally just wanted the neatand cheese which is the slim 5 with mayo super simple. I get the sandwitch with no mayo and meat cheese and lettuce on it. I've been a regular to this location for quite a few years now. As of recent, it is clear the standards for leadership has... diminished. I was in there yesterday around 12:30. It was quite busy but I chose to wait in line. I waited for approximately10 minutes before it was my turn to order. It was then that I was told they had run out of bread.....it wasn't even 1pm. Iasked the guy what was going on because this had happened to me two other times in the last couple weeks. He proceeded to tellme that wasn't true. I told him it happened just last week and he said he was working last week and that wasn't true. He madesure to talk nice and loud for everyone to hear. I could not believe this guy was flat out calling me a liar. What he doesn'trealize is I know he was working all three times this has happened. Coincidence? He also doesn't realize my wife was with meone of the times. I'm disappointed with my recent experiences at this location and I will not be returning. Things have gonedownhill. Fast delivery and great service. I order from here for delivery often (via website) and they've never messed up my customized... sandwich. On rare occasion, they've forgotten to include a side that was ordered, but have always accommodated me with asufficient option. Once, they went as far as having a single bag of chips delivered when it one was left behind. Within 15minutes or so of my initial delivery, mind you. Worth noting, I did get funny attitude from a manager one time, but I wasaccommodated nonetheless, and that is definitely not typical in my experience. Overall, I'll continue ordering from here aslong as I continue to get such thoughtful service. Read more
I love Jimmy John and this location is always so friendly. They keep the place really clean since the pandemic and really... appreciate that. Also, their veggies are always so fresh. The tomatoes aren't all hard and water taste like most fast food. The freshies are always fresh. Read more
This store consistently messes up our orders. Half the time the staff seems like they hate working there. I would not recommend.
