Most of the time their Grubhub is turned off so you can?t order online. Drive thru is always way too busy because they?re so... slow at preparing orders, and their doors are always locked. I don?t understand how they even make money, or if the owner evencares. The food is overpriced for what they give you as well. The owners of this place need to seriously monitor their staffbetter. Apparently this is now a drive through only. The doors to their lobby is locked and you can stand there all day, they are happy... to ignore you. The drive through is extremely slow and I didn?t mind waiting outside. I don?t get waiting 45 minutes or moreburning expensive gas. Chubby?s no more for us. We ordered about 7 burritos. They were okay. We ordered 2 hot and the rest half and half. The hot didn?t have too much spice to... it. They also went too light on the burritos with the chili. It was somewhat dry. Also couldn?t hear that well over theintercom. I kept having to repeat myself and couldn?t understand the lady. Read more

Super disappointed. Will never go to a Chubbys again. Have tried to visit the Lowell location several times. Closed everytime we... try to get a breakfast burrito despite what their website lists as their hours of operation. Cant have a successful business ifyou're never open.
