Very disappointing. Went here for the play place for my little boy. The lights for it were on. The sign on the outside that... said play place was on as well. Complete BS to not scare away customers. The PLAY PLACE IS NOT OPEN. Only had a short amountof time and wasted some of that going to this false advertising place. Go to the Chick-fil-A down the street. They have anopen play place. I think it is actually better too. Ridiculous that they have still not opened the play area. I was told by aworker it was at their discretion. Don't be fooled. You have been warned. Read more

I order a big Mac meal and received just the sandwich no fries. I went inside to get fries and no sorry. Went home and opened my... big Mac box and it turned out to be a doubles cheese burger. I am not pleased with this McDonald it was an easy order that boththe drive thru and kitchen staff couldn't get right. Read more
I have to say that the people working for my order were exceptional. Order took a bit longer than expected, but everyone kept... checking in and were very courteous. Kudos to management. It's hard to hire right now and they have done well with training andmarking the appropriate candidates. Read more
This has to be the worst managed location in the entire metro. Average time is over 10min per car, half the drive through line... gives up before even ordering. It has become faster to drive to the further away locations than to sit 20min in 4 car linebefore even ordering. Read more
Good luck if there's more than one car in the drive through. You'd be better of going to Safeway, buying the ingredients to make... a burger, get home, and cook it before a single car is able to get through. The worst and slowest service out of any fast foodI've ever had. Read more
