I ordered food from here on Door Dash. Everything was great. Ordering online I don?t expect perfection but Outback surprised be.... Our food was still hot, not warm. Cooked perfectly. And special kudos to Kyle , after placing my order online I called to askfor extra sauce on the side. Absolutely lovely customer service and exceeded any expectations I could?ve had. This particular occasion I would have to say hands down was my favorite I ordered the porterhouse steak dinner and it had to... have been the best cut steak I've had in such a long time. I have truly not really had any real comparisons to really goodsteak but please prove me wrong I will be willing to do a review on who has the best steaks in Colorado. It's always a pleasurecoming to the outback steakhouse we love the servers and they have awesome personalities. Read more
Havent been to Outback Statehouse in over 8 years. In fact this location is the only one I been too. The place is in a nice area... and its very clean and nice in the inside. Nice large bar with a big screen. The service was very good and friendly. Had thebone in ribeye with mash potatoes and salad. The steak was nice and juicy with great taste and cooked to my likeing. Came on mybirthday so reveived free dessert a brownie with ice cream on top. Good visit. Read more
We ordered food from Outback on New Years day so we were expecting a wait to receive it. It took 2hrs to get to us but still... had been packaged fairly well and was luke warm. The driver took it straight from Outback to us. Our meal was missing elementsbut I feel like 98% of the time we order on Uber Eats there is an item wrong or missing. I truly don't think everyone businessshould or can do take out in this style and probably should consider this. If you are to busy and can't give attention to yourtake out orders just shut it down. It took alot to come back to this Outback the last time we were here my steak was gray, yesgray. The server apologized profusely and took it off the bill but the manager refused to come to the table in a nearly emptyrestaurant so I was slightly turned off by the situation which was already going poorly due to service and food timing or notcoming out at all. Fast forward to last night. We ordered the filet medium rare and got it raw. It was purple and fatty. Wecouldn't eat it until we cooked it. Our additional side was missing that we paid extra for, as well as a side salad. The ricecame rolled up in some tinfoil which actually kept it warm but the taste was weird and it was over seasoned. Probably justwon't be back to this location. They don't seem to care about quality or service anymore. And Covid isn't a good enough excuseat this point. Read more
