I was attracted to this restaurant because I thought the outside appearance looked nice. The menu lists several interesting... items. I tried the Country Benedict, not sure exactly how this would be served. I did ask to substitute the Peasant Potatoes forthe hashbrowns and glad I did. The dish was a great combination of scrambled eggs, grilled onions, ham, and Benedict sauce overa bed of crispy potatoes. It was served with sourdough toast (other options were available), and a generous serving of freshfruit. I thought the food combination was exceptionally tasty. This was one of the best breakfast dishes I've had in quite sometime. Everyone in our group enjoyed their meal. I'll add that the service was very good. Le Peep is a nice little Denny?s-esque chain in Colorado that?s down-to-earth and simple. The Le Peep in Highlands Ranch is a... clean, laid-back little restaurant with a nice staff. I had a vegetarian skillet with basted eggs that was pretty tasty. I alsohad a pumpkin spiced latte that was decent. The general vibe and quality of food is decent, but not really what I?d consider a?5-star.? Still, a good spot for a quick breakfast every now and then. Read more
