I usually love this place. We tried to order our food online and it said due to a high volume of customers, they wouldn't take... online orders. We were already driving there, so we decided to see how busy it was, incase we should go somewhere else. When wearrived we thought they might be closed because there were only 4 cars in the parking lot. They were open. There were 3customers inside! 3. One customer was there telling the manager he wanted his $ back. He placed an order 1.5hrs ago (online oron the phone) and they didn't make his food. We took our food to go. My husband's rice was soggy and had a long piece of hair init. My honey chicken and crab cheese won tons didn't taste how they normally do. It was so disappointing. I had 7 pieces ofchicken in my meal. I don't usually count, but it looked so pathetic I was curious. Ugh. I'm going somewhere else from now on.I'm not sure what's caused this restaurant to lose its customer service and quality of food, but it's gone downhill. Read more

One word HORRIBLE I think I?ve been poisoned from weird tasting chicken and broccoli. Also whoever manages this dump needs to... tell there employees to take a bath because the smell of body odor was so strong ????. Also place smells like sewer and had abad water leak. Doesn?t Denver have a board of health because this place needs to be closed down before someone gets violentlyill. Read more

Was so sad to visit the Highlands Ranch location tonight for my husbands birthday. Last time we visited, probably early 2021 or... so, it was great. Had great fried rice and good sized portions. We visited tonight and they?ve taken away size options, the tofuwas not pressed well and cut in huge chunks, and the fried rice was literally tasteless. Not appealing to the eye at all as ithad zero color. Too big of a rice-to-meat ratio for the Mongolian steak and chicken and broccoli dishes. And they?re no longerusing dishes at all, they put everything into the to-go containers, just without the lid for sit-down. At that point weshould?ve just taken it to go, as I had expected actual dishes and silverware. I am so sad that the quality has DRASTICALLYdecreased. Will not be returning. Read more

Not as consistent as it used to be. Green bean appetizer was really soggy, chicken fried rice was just some chicken on top of... white rice, and the Mongolian beef unfortunately gave me stomach issues all night shortly after eating. Probably won?t go tothis location again until the quality improves Read more

Pei Wei used to be a stand by, but the food was horrible. I got the Bourbon Chicken with the salad greens. The chicken was so... old it seemed crystallized and the peppers in the greens were slimy. The noodles in the kids meal were a solid gob and the honeyseared chicken (which we've ordered many times in the past) was sub par at best. This was a huge let down given I know how goodthe food can be here. Read more

Man, Pei Wei used to be great. After this last trip I?d rather eat at Panda Express. The rice was a soggy, clumpy mess. The... chicken was over cooked. Several of our favorite menu items are gone. I did feel bad for the manager. She was incredibly nice. She was trying hard with a short staff and an overload of delivery app orders. The food took a long time. No big deal, weunderstand places are short right now. When the staff is friendly and trying their best as these folks were it all they can do.But, the quality of the product was absolutely terrible. My family went and visited this location at spur of moment after deciding to try vs. Panda Express. We made it in with about 20... minutes left until close and right away the Chef could be heard, "Really, we are about to close." The nice lady taking ourorder told the chef, "price you pay working in food service." It took about 15-20 minutes but we ordered lettuce wraps, kidsorange chicken and 2 adult orange chickens. Another customer came in after us and chef once again was heard saying, "notagain." Cooks/Chefs should be reminded that customers can hear their conversations. Disappointing food as the orange chickenwas chicken nuggets sauced in the orange sauce. Pure lazy on the cooks part and if you were out of authentic chicken, there wasno ask if chicken nuggets are okay. Not authentic chicken as seen on menu/website. Very disappointed we spent $45.00. Won't beback and those chefs need to treat customers with respect. I'll stick with Panda moving forward for quick service. Read more
