We ordered a quesabirria quesadilla and they forgot half the ingredients. The chips and guac no chips. And my chicken burrito... with Pico had no chicken and 1 pc of tomato. That's how you know someone really doesn't care about their job. I'm prettysure I got someone else's items as well. Sorry whomever didn't get their meal. Read more

Ordered over $30 of food and bought multiple kids milks. My 4 year old asked for a water cup, and when she went to push the... button, accidentally added some lemonade to the water cup. We then helped her fill it with water- but the cup ended up with apale yellow drink inside. I pointed this out to the cashier, and apologized. She said in a very rude way that we needed to dumpit out and only get water, or pay for it as a drink. My husband and I genuinely thought she was kidding. We told our child tolet us do it in the future, then sat down. The cup was in the center of the table, she wasn?t allowed to drink it. The cashierwalked up to our table, and demanded we dump it out or she would charge us for the drink! I handed her the cup-but it was beyondweird. She made our four year old cry?so honestly, I would never go back to this location if you paid me. Read more

I always enjoy eating at Qdoba. I got the three chicken street tacos. I wasn't too sure about the pink onions but they turned... out to taste pretty good. The granddaughters shared a kids menu taco meal. It was enough for them for lunch. The people who workthere are fairly helpful. I don't usually visit this location, but they did very well. If you want a quick bite to eat, and youdon't want a hamburger, it's a great place to go. Read more

The food here is good, but this location smells like backed up sewer lately for some reason. I?ll be going to a different... location for now, but I hope they can eliminate the smell because it?s sure unappetizing. Read more

Very happy with management at this location. A different store screwed up my kids orders pretty bad, bad enough that going to... the original store wasn't an option. I spoke with the manager at this store and despite it not being his problem orresponsibility, had our food remade correctly. There will always be issues, problems, and mistakes in life, thats not veryimportant, how they are resolved is the important part. Read more

I had a terrible experience on Friday morning. First thing I noticed was the filthy glass protector, the guys working seemed too... busy to even let me know it would be a minute. 6 min later - I asked for a small breakfast burrito and he put the large tortillaon the heater. I noticed and let him know I asked for small, he then asked if he could help the next person in line. The onlyother customer and I kinda laughed and I just walked out. I've now visited this location 3 times. All 3 times I have had a very negative experience with Robert. He's rude, doesn't care... if you get your food the way you want it, clearly doesn't want to be there. I will never be back!! When I ask for my corntortilla quesadilla cooked 2x so it's crunchy he does it once, I have a squishy quesadilla now, they state that for the kidsmeal you can't get a glass only milk or juice then they should check that all of their juices are expired. I order this exactsame order all over and I get what I order. This is the only store that plays these games. Read more

I went there tonight to get my husband a quesadilla. When I got home and he was looking at it there was a long black hair, it... was definitely from the girl making it who wasn't wearing any kind of hair net. My hair is thick and falls out so I get thingshappen but you should definitely have some kind of net or something because that's disgusting. So I call and they said they'dremake it, ok great. I go back a second time and get it. I *should* have checked it before leaving so that was my mistake. WhenI get home I'm trying to fet it ready and one part is completely empty and another part is soo soggy and like falling apart. Sowe're going back for the third time at this point. The manager was nice, like no issues with him. We couldn't get a refundunfortunately so we have a free entree card ????.
