My husband and I drive truck as a team all over the US and get to try all different restaurants today we found a true Gem. My... husband is very particular about his ribs and he has tried many many rib places and was never truly happy until we came here andfor him to rave about the ribs as he did means alot trust me!!! We had the sweetest waitress Tammy she told us all about theirfamily business. We love to come to places like this that are ran by family they are the best places. This is by far the BEST ribs in Denver Metro area. I have lived in CO my whole life and have eaten at many other rib joints, and... I always say... these ribs are NOT better then RIBCITY's ribs!!! Falls RIGHT OFF THE BONE never , ever dry!!!! Read more

I had a hard time tasting the smoked flavor of the beef and pork meat but they had some really good sauces. The ribs were good... and I guess that is to be expected with the name. The staff was friendly with great service. The price for the food wasreasonable. Read more

Ribs and sides as good as always. Store jas changed to counter order and payment/tip at time of ordering instead of seating with... menu, ordering from server with check at end of meal. Guess new way is more efficient especially with difficulty hiring servers.Still good food and service! Read more

Went there for lunch and dinner in same day if that doesn't tell you how good this food is nothing else will. Personally got to... talk to the owner (what a gem) she is amazing. BBQ Excellence. Consistency and quality are two things I can always count on with the food at Rib City. I order the shrimp and... ribs every time and I have never been disappointed. It?s one of my all-time favorite comfort meals. Rib City is my favoritebarbecue restaurant in Denver, hands-down. It is worth the drive to the southwest corner of town for a delicious meal. The babyback ribs at Rib City are a perfect 10. I don?t know how they do it, but they do it consistently. Hands-down, the best ribs intown. The barbecue sauces are amazing and I could drink them if I did not have meat to put them on. Use the Texas toast toclean up any excess barbecue sauce, or better yet, use it to scoop up the most amazing baked beans that you will have evereaten. They have a homemade recipe and these beans are hands-down the best baked beans you will ever have in your life. I?maddicted, and I often order an extra side of them when ordering my meal. They are not like any other baked beans you have everhad and you simply must try them?And did I mention the coleslaw? Coleslaw the way coleslaw was intended to be made. I havenever had better coleslaw in Denver, Colorado. The kitchen produces some amazing food. The wait is not long and the peopleworking the restaurant are always so polite and helpful. The place has a real family atmosphere. It?s the kind of place you wantto bring your family. The management is so wonderful. They always check on you and make sure that you are being taken care of.It?s just a lovely place to have a meal and to share in the love of barbecue. During lunch rush the place was packed. The staff promptly cleaned a table and we were in and out in 40 minutes. The food was... delicous. Never had a bad meal at Rib City. The brisket is tender and the perfect amount of smoke. The ribs are tenderwithout falling apart. Impressed with how clean and organized the staff were when they clearly were understaffed. Read more
