This outlet is the worst. Only a few Sbarros in Colorado left. Just look around and you?ll know you should go somewhere else.... Totally lethargic staff. Totally filthy. I believe it stems from the culture the employees come from. Sanitation is not a strongsuit. There was a dude just standing behind the guy serving me that sneezed with no attempt to cover his mouth. Both ?employees?were disheveled and looked dirty themselves. I?m mad at myself for ingesting a slice. The Aurora mall outlet is exactly theopposite. Shut this place down! Read more

This place is horrible, they had 3 slices of pizza out, dried pasta, and like 4 "meatballs " that looked like rocks. ... Absolutely disgusting, I used to go to sbarro in the late 80's and early 90's and this one should be close down because it is adisgrace. It's very sad . Read more

So my first time here, the server was nice. (I found out after I had paid and started eating that there was supposed to be... sauce on my stromboli.) It was my first time getting one so I didn't know. Also there was pretty much nothing but cheese in thepepperoni and cheese stromboli. It was pretty bland. It wasn't warm. It was a brick. The also had no forks lol I had to go toanother place to ask for one lol I will not be going back to this ine Read more

This place has serious health code violations. From employees not washing there hands or wearing gloves when touching &... preparing food. Food is always cold & being reheated. Employees on there cel phones & food being left out all day. Employeestouching money then going back to touching food. Employees also trying to keep money from people with disabilities. Takingadvantage of them. These concerns need to be addressed. Read more

I've never written a review for a restaurant, but the food and service here was disturbing enough that I feel the need to. I... didn't expect much, and only bought this because I was in the mall and pretty hungry. I got a Stromboli, which was promptlypulled off a plate thrown on the counter under no heat lamps or heated at all, and then tossed into the oven for about 20seconds to "reheat" it. It was still rock solid in the middle and cold, and tasted absolutely horrific. I also watched theemployee handle money, and then handle food without changing his gloves, they had to hack at the stale pizza crust that had beensitting out for God knows how long, and they walked by me when I first tried to order. This place has some serious health codeviolations, and if you dont believe me go watch them "cook" your food. I don't know if you can justify paying 6$ for a stalepiece of bread with rock hard cheese in the middle, but I sure can't. I set the bar real low, and yet, this place still managedto underperform on every single aspect of it. Save yourself the trouble, and eat anywhere else. Read more

Rarely have I seen such lackadaisical behavior from employees. Watching these two people plate pizza was like watching a slug... race. There was one party in line in front of us and it must have taken them 20 minutes to fulfill our order. The owners ofSouthwest Plaza mall should get rid of this waste of retail space and find a company where employees actually care about theirjobs. Read more

The pizza is decent here considering its a large chain. I work in the mall so I get food from here often enough and I would... agree that when it first opened up several months ago, the pizza was a little cold at times. That has vastly improved oflate. There is a very nice woman working there now who makes sure things are hot. Today that employee was faced with a verydifficult elderly woman and I was impressed that the team member was able to hold her composure as well as she did. Great jobSbarro, you hired a good one with her. Read more
