It?s awesome watching two employees trying to mop up a spill and the other employee Diana stand there and have a 10 minutes... convo with people while customers are waiting to be helped. I don?t understand why guests aren?t a priority while your other twoemployees are trying there best to stay a float taking orders making drinks and cleaning up a spill. They are always out of a lot of stuff. Today was lemonade, they have been out of lemonade for days. Out of decaf and they are... still slow and the drinks are made wrong. The staff are not professional, they need to be trained. I blame it on the managers.They need to get their stuff together if not I?m going somewhere else. Very slow service every time. I live close by but won?t be back. I don?t think it should be that hard to train the staff to be... efficient. Also I noticed the barista pouring hot water into a coffee drink because she didn?t have enough coffee. Nothing worsethan weak coffee. Read more

Always friendly staff! Minus one point for having one person staffed sometimes because the wait can be generoislt longer; but... other than that they're generally pretty quick if there's more than one person. :) Read more
I don't really enjoy Starbucks, I prefer getting gas station coffee, also depends on the gas station. There's something off... putting about paying 5 bucks and waiting 15 minutes to get coffee after standing in line for 20 minutes. On a further note thecoffee isn't particularly much better than home brewed or your average gas station brew. Read more
