I have a dairy allergy. I ordered a drink, I saw them make it with 2%, realise they had made a mistake, and then proceed to pour... out the cup and remake the drink in the same cup. I didn?t say anything because they all seemed so preoccupied, so I gave it tomy husband when I got home because I was too scared I was going to puke my brains out if I drank it. I don?t know if this isstandard practice, but if it is, I?m certainly skipping the Starbucks from now on. Read more
The staff did not acknowledge me at all. I felt like I had to beg for their attention to recieve service. All the Starbucks... staff gave me a dirty look. I do not know if they were just prejudice or just super young people who are obviously not great atcustomers service. We are all going through something but I do not appreciate not being acknowledge. I will not return. None ofthem said thank you or even have a great day. The young lady gave me my Frappuccino with an attitude. Will never return to thislocation. Read more
Constructive criticism: the staff was not very friendly. Made me feel bad for not knowing how their menu works. So I ended up... getting a sub-par product, and didn?t say anything because I did not think it?d be well received. I?d say- work on customerservice as I left with a mediocre drink and a bad taste in my mouth (literally and figuratively). I?ll try again but I hope thiswas just a fluke day! Read more

I order the same coffee every time and get a diffrent coffe every time today I ordered a vanilla ice coffee with caramel and... hazelnut I was served a black ice coffee when I questioned it it was changed and once I left I realized they just added cream tothe black coffee and gave it back to me would have gotten better coffee and service from mcdonalds. The people who work here are always extremely friendly, and tell me about new drinks to try. They helped me find my new... favorite: vanilla chai frappuccino. Try it, you won't be disappointed. (I add a little extra cinnamon) Read more
Overall a nice place, the only thing that is that the staff is always busy (considering there's only two people) which isn't... there fault but when there a long line (usually there isn't) they might take longer to take your order. Read more
