Went in 1/21/22 around 6:45pm ordered a tall iced white chocolate mocha latte and some other things, got to the window and John... the cashier hands me a hot drink. Spent $20 for them to look at me and not even open the door because the lobby is closed, multiple workers just looked at me, as... I can see my order sitting on the pickup table! I hate to leave a bad review but this Starbucks in particular does not have consistency. Last week I got a coffee that was cold... and this week I got a coffee that literally tastes like it has blood in it it taste like iron! Usually I like this starbucks, employees are very nice. I order the same drink everytime but today they charged me a dollar... extra for the same thing and told me that there's an extra charge for the sweet cream foam on top.
