Went in 1/21/22 around 6:45pm ordered a tall iced white chocolate mocha latte and some other things, got to the window and John... the cashier hands me a hot drink. I said ? oh sorry I ordered this iced? he said no you ordered your 2nd drink iced not yourfirst! Closed the window and stood with his back turned the whole time! Spent $20 for them to look at me and not even open the door because the lobby is closed, multiple workers just looked at me, as... I can see my order sitting on the pickup table! Stop the option to order and pickup in store if the lobby is closed! Some of uswork and can?t sit in the drive thru for 25 minutes. Read more
I hate to leave a bad review but this Starbucks in particular does not have consistency. Last week I got a coffee that was cold... and this week I got a coffee that literally tastes like it has blood in it it taste like iron! Usually I like this starbucks, employees are very nice. I order the same drink everytime but today they charged me a dollar... extra for the same thing and told me that there's an extra charge for the sweet cream foam on top. Everytime I order a nitrocold brew with sweet cream foam its been 5.30$. She charged me $6.30. Unhappy about this Read more

The people are nice most of the time. And the only reason I go to this Starbucks is because it is right next to my house. On my... way to work. I swear whether I go when I?m the only person in line or 10th in line my drink order is never correct. And I knowit?s not difficult because I go to every other Starbucks in the area when I have time and they get my drink correct. I?m not oneto write reviews but this time in particular I was late to work and my drink was wrong and I didn?t have enough time to get itfixed. There was one time I went and I watched the person make my drink wrong so I said ?oh I wanted lemonade? and I watched thebarista just throw my drink in the blender, then hand it back to me????
