Overhyped on everything...coffee and a fine cinnamon roll at McDonald's was just as satisfying for 2/3 less the cost.

Always friendly and fast. In addition to great drinks and snacks you can get coffee grounds for your garden/compost.
The guy working was nice, but so frustrating! I called ahead to pick up a traveler of coffee in 30 minutes. I arrived and he... hadn?t even started it. There was no one else ordering or in line - he was just putting up a new pistachio latte sign. It tookhim 10 minutes to go hunt down the traveler box, then about another 20 to actually brew all the coffee and gather the cups etc.This was completely unacceptable and avoidable and made me late for my work function (which is why I ordered the traveler ofcoffee in the first place)!
