Followed directions as per the sign requesting that we tell them in advance if we have a coupon. Made my sandwich and when I get... to check out some random woman from the back (I guess the manager as she wasn?t the one who made my sandwich) said they don?ttake coupons. So instead of honoring a coupon and getting a 5 star review, she through away the food, took a hit on her foodcost, lost a customer at her store for life, and is now getting this 1 star. This Subway has excellent food, a great atmosphere, and a Amazing staff.
This subway is my favorite and is my favorite now for at least maybe a year now since the new staff took over. Before them there... was high turn over and you never knew what kind of experience/service you would received. But since this staff came in about ayear or two now it is a real pleasure going to this store. They are wonderful and I can't save enough good things about theirpleasant attitudes and how well they run the store. Amanda especially is a very cheerful, friendly, while fast and efficientemployee. Whoever is making sandwiches and THEN toasting them after all the veg and sauces are on needs to stop. The last two times my... family and I have ordered sandwiches through the subway app from this store we have received sandwiches with warm and wilted vegand split mayo. Such a disappointment as they were inedible. We have ordered from this store for over a year with no issuesuntil the last month or so. Sad to say we won't be ordering through this store any longer.
