Probably one of the worst Taco Bells in the area. I've had multiple bad experiences here, not sure why I keep trying to go back... except that it's the closest. However, I will admit, the one on Arapahoe and I-25 is worse. I wish there was a closer Taco Bellto me. What happened this time? They closed early and turned away three drive through customers even though we were all therebefore the posted closing time. Don't post that you're open late if you can't hire people willing to keep the store open as lateas you posted. Read more

Gotta be a Karen here but at least I didn?t ask for a manager (doubt they would get you one anyway). Worst Taco Bell in the... history of Taco Bell. Garbage all over the drive through and area around store. Coffee machine broken? It?s hot water!, wrongorder. Literally can not serve you in a decent amount of time. You can count on employees who don?t care and literally don?twant to work. I get that but still! I gave it a chance after swearing it off 10 years ago- it?s the same. You know I never thought I would be leaving a review for Taco Bell, but I have to. This Taco Bell is wonderful! They always get... my order right, and not only right but it's made well. Also the staff is always happy and respectful. I drive from Sterlingranch to this location, that's how Good it is. Read more

I tried three times to order through the app here yesterday, even restarting my phone and starting the order all over again. I... couldn't get it to work any of those times. Then, instead of wanting to wait through the heck of a long drive thru line, I triedto go inside. It was only 6pm, and they had their doors completely locked, right in the middle of dinner! There was even a ladywho tried to walk inside after I got back to my car. She couldn't get inside either. I just drove away at that point. I loveTaco Bell, but the lack of service and welcoming guests inside is a huge reason why I don't order it often at all anymore. Andto make it worse, there wasn't a sign saying the inside was closed either. It's like they just didn't want to deal with cleaningthe lobby or something. I didn't appreciate this at all. Read more

Would be nice if people in the lobby got food as fast as the drive through. Saw several cars that showed up after me get they're... food. 25 minutes and no food. Drive through is obviously more important than inside customers. Read more

For some reason they can't seem to get orders right. there is always at least one item wrong or missing and there's been a... couple times when I got someone else's order. And what ever the random item that they put in my order is it literally was atortilla with a tiny bit of cheese and barely and beef at one end Definitely never getting food from this location again Read more

These are three Taco Supremes I ordered at about 9:30 p.m. on Friday March 19th. You can see in the pictures they're incredibly... anemic, and one you can see the sour cream was put just on one side of the taco rather than along the fold so that it goes on ina way that you'll know their sour cream from start to finish. Let me give you some feedback, you can change your menu all youwant, but until you get employees who care about what they're serving and some sort of standard about what your food should looklike when it makes it into your customers hands you're going to continue to spiral. I challenge anyone to go to del Taco andorder a del Taco either hard shell or soft shell and then compare it to this pitiful thing in the picture. Read more
