Ordered curbside, waited entirely too long, finally drove through the drive thru, only to discover my order had been sitting on... the counter the whole time. The staff wasn't friendly and the lack of hygiene certainly scared me away from future visits. Read more
Not a good time, dining room was closed but no note on the locked front door telling us to use the drive through. Hardly any... donuts to choose from and the coffee was too hot and tasted very bad. We will not come back. Read more

This location has not had a constant team in probably a year. attitudes of new hires and some previous ones alike have been poor... and snappy. I watched 3 employees verbaly snapnat eachother and shout infront of many customers because they were busy. Itotaly inderstand someones day can be stressful, but to have someone get snarky and rude when they try to take an order beforethet are ready is they own fault and can simply say I'll be with you in a minute. i love this place, don?t get me wrong. i just don?t get why EVERY. MORNING. even though they are open, their doors are locked.... all i want is to go in and grab my online order cause i don?t have time to wait 30 mins in a line in the morning and i can?tcause the employees always have the door locked. Can't say I'm a big fan, to be completely honest I try to avoid it like the plague they never get it right, always have to have... it fixed in Whitefield or the one in Walmart.
