It was ok No greeting when walk in paid online so found my stuff n went Sandwiches were not hot And asked to mark each one only... 1 marked My last visit a few months back really had me dissapointed I ordered 3 sandwiches wanted one without cheese the workerargues with me for 20 minutes telling me I have to have cheese on that sandwich if I don't want cheese pick another sandwich Ihave her call manager I explain her manager tells her I don't have to have cheese on it .....but was not very nice on phone thegirl continues have attitude almost pushes my bread right off table Then tells her co worker she don't want deal withe makes herCo worker so all the work then proceeds to smoothly say Well she not spose not have cheese on sandwich ...but manager just wantsher out of here Since when do you have to have cheese on any of the subs if you don't want it Read more
I ordered one sandwich on the app and they called me 5 minutes after I placed the order to let me know they were out of several... items. I substituted my sandwich w a less expensive sandwich and later found out I was charged the higher price still. Therestaurant also put a 2nd charge on my card and then refunded 2nd charge. It's a Subway ???????? pretty consistent. Their prices are starting to get a bit much for fast food sandwiches. I work right... around the corner so it's a quick, healthy lunch I can pick up from time to time when I don't pack a lunch. I got a tossed saladlast week and it was pretty good. My pregnant sister in law who was hungry so we decided. We'd stop there after we went to store beside of Subway. Though the... subs, (chicken Terriki), pretty good food over all though and good service. But something else was going on & the cops showedup. Do Not do online orders it guaranteed your order will be wrong. Today makes 3rd time I did online order for them to get it wrong... yet again. The first two times I called and nicely told them about their mistake. Ok now it's a 3rd time and I'm raging mad.Staff clearly don't know how to read. I'd recommend go inside to order so you get what you ask for instead of getting a surprisewhen you go to eat your sandwich. They always apologize but never fix the issue. Read more
They had dine-in and were friendly. This would have easily gotten a five star had the drink machine been in working order. I... tried literally every drink from their machine until I settled for Coke. Almost every drink had extremely low syrup ratio,almost like seltzer water. Refillable drinks are what do it for me, and this pretty much ruined my experience. Read more
Love the food here every time we stop by. My favorite is the meatball sub on white bread toasted with black olives.
