Great experience! Good food. Homemade bread. Friendly staff.
We planned on eating breakfast somewhere new every day during our visit to Littleton but our first choice was the Coffee Pot... because my mom remembered the restaurant from her childhood. The food and atmosphere was so good that we ended up returning hereevery morning and never ate breakfast anywhere else! We tried different specials every day. My favorite was the liver andonions and my mom?s favorite was the ham and cheese omelette with a side of hash browns. The waitresses were attentive andthere was a lot of funny banter between them and the customers. This place runs like a well oiled machine in the limited amountof space they have. Found this cute little diner with great reviews on quality. We enjoyed the food but we were over charged atleast 20 (my... boyfriend doesn?t do confrontation so we sucked it up and paid. For an eggs, toast, home fries and bacon meal 7.95 (my sonsmeal) my daughter did a side of French toast 4.50 I did the special that day waffle with whipped cream and strawberry with aside of corned beef hash the waffle special was 6.50 and the side 2.50 and my boyfriend did a breakfast sandwich on a bagel witha side blueberry pancake the sandwich was $10 after bagel upgrade and side pancake was 4.50 And our drinks totaled came to8/9 Our bill came to $59 with a $10 tip still (I am a server) Now it?s an old school diner, hand written tickets and receipt.You couldn?t read it AT ALL!! Food was like Mom?s homemade and generous! I would eat there every day. My husband got the calf liver and onions smothered in... bacon and gravy. I got the bacon omelette with amazing cheese loaded inside. My kind of meal!! Read more
I was came by the Coffee Pot when I was looking for a little bit of everything for brunch. The prices were extremely reasonable,... the portion sizes were perfect to be full, but functional, and the staffs are incredibly pleasant and fun to interact with! Ihad their soup of the day and a half sandwich, and was overjoyed that their bread is made in house (white or wheat)! They?rethickly sliced and beautifully crisped and toasted. Heaven on a plate, for real! It also a really cozy diner vibe to enjoy yourmeal, so I?m not surprised that they?ve been around for 42 years! If you like old school diners this place is for you, depending on the time you might have to wait a bit but it is well worth the... wait. Staff is very friendly and even if you are just visiting they treat you like a friend they have known for years, the foodis like Grandma use to make and comes out fast and hot.
