Very friendly staff. Kept very clean and tidy inside as well. Despite living in yuba city, I make the drive to this location... specifically because they never mess up my sandwich. I will continue getting my spicy Italian on Italian herbs and cheese fromhere forever. Read more
I actually worked at this location (the one in Live Oak, CA). It was very brief, but I do have a very disturbing story to tell.... Once when I dropped a plastic knife, I tried to throw it away and get a new one, the manager told me to just rinse itoff). This was a few years ago, but I haven't eaten at a Subway since. I truly hope that same guy isn't still working there,that's as clear health code violation. I never reported it as I was young and didn't know how to at the time, and I'm prettysure it's too late. Extremely disappointed and frustrated with this location and manager. I placed online order and called them 3 mins later to... cancel. Traffic was absolutely terrible and construction makes it near impossible to access store. Crystal the ?manager? wasrude and was one of the worst customer service experiences I?ve had. I was unable to pull into parking because of constructionand traffic and did not want to cause accident. I called under 5 mins of placing order and she refused to refund me my money.Crystal stated that because she already made it and she called the owner and owner said she couldn?t afford to refund me mymoney. I was on limited time for lunch and Crystal said I could come back and get soggy sandwiches later. Crystal startedraising her voice at me and said she would not give me refund. I would definitely recommend going to this location. The 1 closer to my home hardly ever has enough of anything stocked. This... location has always had everything need for many sandwiches no matter the type or size in stock. Staff is friendly. Place iskept clean. Never have to deal with long lines. Pretty quick service seeing as they are usually right on top of it all. In ahouse with a lot of kids & people so definitely takes a bit to order so usually do so online by time reach this location thewhole order is waiting for us. Which doesn't take long. Read more

I ordered online and drove farther than my closest Subway because online it said they offered curbside pick up. After being in... the parking lot 10 minutes I called them only for them to tell me my sandwich had been ready but they no longer offer curbsidepick up. I felt like it could have been handled differently. They need to update their website. The food was good though. Read more
