Placed an online order for my husband to pick up after work, he picked up and brought home an order with most of it missing. I... ordered a large chili, 10pc nugget with honey mustard, a biggie bag with a coke and honey mustard, and legit got bits andpieces. He came home with a small chili, one honey mustard and no drink, thankfully the burger and fries were there and thenuggets. I wouldn't normally make a big deal but I tried to call and ask if they could fix it for them to answer and hang up onme 3x. Read more

I love this wedy's customer service people there are so sweet kind and loving. Their is a Wendy's 30 minutes from my home but I... drive an extra 15 min to purchase in this one. They are super good with your orders. But what gets me the most is their smileand politeness. ???? Read more

My family & I stopped at Wendy?s on our way back home from Disney. When I approached the cashier, April. She seemed to have an... attitude. I don?t know if it?s because there was a long line or maybe she was new. I asked her a simple question, which is yourregular burger. I couldn?t find the single patty burger. She told me, ? I don?t know what a regular burger is.? Something alongthose lines. She wasn?t helpful, just RUDE. She was short and was basically rushing me. I also asked for spicy nuggets, for myhusbands meal and she didn?t even put that in right. In the end I didn?t even order my food, because she was just rude andterrible customer service. This Wendy?s location needs a better face at the register, a FRIENDLY one. People like this just needto stay home, if they aren?t in the mood to work or deal with people. Read more
I love Wendy's. But this last trip the one on state Rd 129 had a serious staff problem. I went through the drive up because I... had my dog. I placed my order, paid for my order and at the pick up area I did not get ant receipt. I asked for it and theperson said it was at the earlier station. It took 3 people sifting through a long list of order tape before they found mine. No one was getting receipts. Not good training. Read more
Bad experience with person verifying our order, try to tell us wrong orders three different times. Person at window had bad... attitude Then when my husband said thank you , she wouldn't acknowledge he was evening talking. When we received our food itwas still wrong. Cheeseburgers, the xheese wasn't even melted everything was just threw on it. Fries cold and just short brokenpeices grease soak. Call Wendy corporate office , was told we would be receiving a call from store Mgr. Never received a returncall. To say the least not a fan of Wendy's .
