Ordered over app. They tried to give me half my order and acted like they didn't realize but then informed me it was because... they were out of tenders. Had to ask for my drink and when I asked for my money back the girl didn't want to give it to me andacted like I was dumb asking for my money back when I didn't receive the food! Why would I pay for something and not get it!?!Then I didn't get any sauce on my 3 nibblers and they cut up a piece of chicken and threw it all in the box! It looked terriblewhen I opened it after I got home! (Pic will be posted below)Looked like they threw it in the box! Didnt even include my saucesthat I picked for other meals. After I got mad she told me she could replace the meal I didn't receive since she seemed to notwant to return my money. I said fine. So I took my food and drove 15 mins home to still be upset with this place again by theconsideration they didn't take with my food! They need new employees or better managers! I?m a huge Zaxby?s fan and my kids love it! Sadly, i won?t be going to the one in our town of Live Oak again. Tonight around... 9:15, my daughter and I came in to pick up our online order. The cashier took probably 5-10 minutes to acknowledge us, withoutanyone ordering. Finally after about 15 minutes, she realized it was an online order and it had been sitting on the counter theentire time we were there. After I filled up our drinks I realized that we needed a drink tray. When I went back to the counterfor one, her and the other cashier were busy flirting with some boys and letting them reach over the order screen and use thetouch screen, I waited another few minutes or so, and finally spotted some drink treys on the other end of the counter andgrabbed them myself. Finally got home, and half the order was wrong. The food we DID get was good as always, but that was themost disappointing service. Read more

5 stars for the food. 1 star for the filthy lobby. We came in on the way back to Georgia, there was no one in line in front of... us and three other families in the restaurant so it was not busy at all. Several employees just sitting around chatting. Thefood was hot, fresh and delicious and given to us in a very timely manner. However, the lobby was really dirty. None of thetables were clean and we had to wipe down own our place to sit and eat. All four of the trash cans were overflowing and not asingle part of the lobby had been swept recently. The food was great, the rest of the experience not so much. Read more

A great place for chicken or a large salad. A chain, chicken fast food restaurant with good sweet tea. Decent bathrooms if they... are fully functioning. It can be a bit crowded during busy hours giving a cramped feeling in the store. Read more
