Came in on a Saturday morning with my wife and 2 kids. No long lines for a table was a plus. Chantele was our server and was... polite and happy. Food came out fast and hot. So delicious! One of my families favorite places for breakfast. My choice is always the skillet, something about my food... arriving extra hot. The Santa fe skillist is my favorite. I opt out of the fajita mix, add an extra shell egg scrambled and addavocado. Instead of pancakes, the strawberry puppies are also served hot and fresh with a sweet glaze. First and foremost, Charlie always makes us feel at home with his awesome character and pleasant personality. He makes sure our... dining experience is up to par. He checks up on us to see if our order was to our liking. If not, he will certainly correct it.Yet this has not happened due to the kitchen staff being on point. He definitely has leadership skills. Small entrance, had 2 experience staff at the desk helping customers leaving and entering. Wait time for 2 was 12 minutes,... waiter quick and courtesy. Food arranged quickly, hot and delicious. The place was packed with customers but the 2 staff at thedesk continued to checking on customers eating and very accommodating to patronage entering the facility. We will definitelycome back here. When the lady said she?s not a cook but she?ll be making our dinner I promise you I thought it was a joke and I had a good... laugh. The server came out and he apologized and gave us the heads up too that the wait for food may be longer than expectedbecause they don?t have a cook and from what I saw only 3 staff working in the entire restaurant ????????????? that was themoment I realized it wasn?t a joke she wasn?t the cook. We were celebrating a birthday and no matter where my family and I go wehave an amazing time. I wanted to shout those guys out (I didn?t catch their names but the 3 who worked the night of 04/12/22around 8-9:30 pm). They were amazing and the food was 85% on point.
