I don?t usually don?t post reviews but I felt I needed to say something. I go to this location all the time since it?s on my way... to work and it?s close to where I live. On Sunday October 2nd, I ordered my usual drink, came home and consumed it within anhour or two since it?s on ice. I was almost finished when I noticed something green under the cold foam and I thought it wasmold at first. I grabbed a spoon and luckily it wasn?t mold but it was a salt packet. The drink I order is made with salt buthow it made its way into the cup is unknown. Paper isn?t harmful but it?s the fact that if something else gets inside a beveragethat can?t be ingested (like a do not consume package packet or parts of plastic) then that can be a problem. Then, thismorning October 3rd, I went again and the drink I ordered tasted off. It didn?t taste like caramel but it was toasted vanillasyrup (I think) I?ve had that flavor before when caramel was out but it wasn?t what I paid for and it was disappointing. I stilldrank it since I didn?t want it to go to waste and I was already on my way to work when I sipped it. I?m not a big fan ofvanilla drinks so it wasn?t enjoyable. I understand mornings are hectic and baristas are working fast but customers also pay alot of money here if they come often. That?s why I?m giving 4 stars since I think some areas can be improved. The staff hereare super friendly and the speed of mobile orders are very efficient here. I just think when we are in a rush, things can bemissed and overlooked and can cause issues. Read more
Come here a couple times a week but more often then I like to admit they get my drink wrong. What?s the point of asking for... extra caramel and then putting on the instructions if they?re not going to do it. The lady that took my order was nice but whoever made it knew they did it wrong and couldn?t be bothered to fix it. So I?m supposed to be the jerk and complain with a lineof cars behind me wrapping around the building? Nah, I?ll just go to the Starbucks in the Forum or a competitor just a blockaway, you?re not the only ones with frozen drinks. Read more
Stayed at a nearby budget hotel that didn?t have coffee makers in the room. Was glad to see this Starbucks close by. Used this... location both mornings of August 6-7,2022. Friendly staff and short lines that moved quickly. Coffee was hot, fresh anddelicious. The egg white wrap was a perfect breakfast on the go. Highly recommend this location. Read more

Absolutely awesome????!!!! At 5:30 in the morning I needed some help getting the eyes to focus, so I stopped by the drive thru... for a nitro cold brew. Needless to say the service was super friendly, polite, punctual, professional, and just as energizing asthe coffee????????????. I shamefully indulge in a frequent visit to this location to grab my favorite drink, a shaken espresso.
