Okay so let me start this rating talking about the service. Our server name was Jamie. This gentleman made our experience. I... have NEVER received service that was SO attentive, respectful, energetic, and passionate about making the customer experiencehis priority! His attitude was infectious and and regardless of everything he had going on ( which was a lot) he made us feellike we were his only priority. Jamie you have won our hearts and us as customer regardless of where you are! Now to the food.Mini me had the burger, his mom had the ribeye steak and I had the Chops. First, no one finished their meals because the yeastrolls was and always will be the BEST! Complimented by the fried pickles. My son mom had 2 margaritas with her dinner. Steakwas juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Mini me burger was HUGE! I was killing his steak fries because they were awesomelyseasoned. Let just start by saying our waiter was amazing ???? ???? The 1 star goes to the cook, back in the kitchen. We ordered 3... different steaks all to be medium well. We got back medium and rares! They took them back to finish cooking and got back 1 steakthat was 3 in 1- rare, medium & well done. Mine came back well done, super dry with burnt mushrooms, not even steak sauce couldsave it. I decided to dig into the Mac n cheese & my son says your not going to like it since he ordered the same. It was coldwith Velveeta and you could tell they added milk to it to make it creamy but it was more like clumpy ???? Needless to say therolls were amazing & glad I had filled up on them before the actual food came. Read more
Food was great! No long wait. Staff was all great here, our server Daniel was awesome! He was very attentive. Definitely coming... back. We ordered the Combo appetizer and forgot the pictures, but it was really good-rattlesnake bites, boneless wings, potatoskins. Read more
One star because of the atrocious customer service during our wait time, good thing their food was worthy of being there. Hubby... and I were eating dinner with his elderly out-of-town uncle and aunt. Hubby's uncle arrived at 6:15pm, got put on the "1hr waitlist" and we sat around outside waiting for the call. At 1hr wait mark, checked on our wait status as we saw three or fourgroups head inside and get seated. We were told the 1hr wait was then a one and half hour wait....how can it increase!!? Wepatiently waited longer but were frustrated and annoyed to see a handful more of large parties (8 to10+ ppl) go inside and getseated after we arrived. The front door greeters tell us it's because ppl probably called ahead to get seated but makes no senseto us as by the TWO hour mark of waiting the ONE hour "call ahead" groups were getting in before us, over and over! Add to thatthe hostess and host upfront were unprofessionally hugging and hanging onto each other, laughing and joking and honestly, seemedlike they had messed up on our groups name....like they pushed us further down the wait list and were trying to cover it up andreally didn't care. Best location in San Antonio. Was busy during dinner rush, although once seated we were quickly taken care of with drinks and... appetizers. We did have to ask a few times utensils, napkins, and appetizer plates as it was not brought when we were seated. Read more
First time visiting Texas Roadhouse. It was a wonderful evening!! The place looked nice, great atmosphere.OMG The food was... delicious!!! Wowww ,The BEST steak I have ever eaten Ribeye steak and pork Ribs.The steak melted in my mouth the ribs fell offthe bone ????????. Everything tasted soooooo good.The service was outstanding .The person that delivered the plates was veryattentive and ask us to check if the steaks were good ( we asked for medium rare)it was so tender so juicy ??????????????.Ourserver Gabrielle went above and beyond to make us feel welcome especially me. Since it was my Birthday ???? She organize aBirthday shout-out at the end with everyone in the restaurant and she even got me a ???? strawberry ice cream. Great service from the start. Our server was very attentive and her suggestions helped with our orders. The grill master came... out with our steaks and asked us to cut a piece to make sure it was cooked the way we asked. The food was delicious! It was mywife's birthday and they were all very nice and gave a big shout-out to my wife. Great experience highly recommended. Read more
Too bad. I had high hopes and opted for here instead of Outback. The staff wasn’t friendly at all. It was ironic to see them... all wearing shirts that said, “I love my job”, and not one person was smiling or happy. they seemed annoyed they had to bethere. They were out of a few things we wanted. Our waitress forgot several things and our steaks were cooked wrong. Our boothunderneath was gross, as were the bathrooms. The food tasted ok but I don’t eat inside a restaurant for just the food.
