This location opens the doors whenever they feel like it. Went into the restaurant a few days agojust after 7 am went at 8:20... and the doors are still locked can't go though the drive thru with my trailer. Says open at 5 am online nothing about it beingdrive thru only. Sadly garbage service and incompetent staff seem to be the norm at Tim Horton's now. Closed inside, seems the doors were locked to arrive inside to purchase coffee and donuts. They did not want customers ???? when... I pulled in on a big bus. Very disappointing. I was look for a great cup of coffee. Read more

Came in and ordered the new rice bowls. No one told us upon ordering that they would take 30 minutes to make, we were in a rush... and when I tried to ask for a refund they had forgotten we were even waiting, then handed us the food. Extremely poor customerservice and generally bad experience. Read more
Super friendly guy behind counter who took our order and got our drinks! He was absolutely charming and natural! This Tim's is... off the old hwy 24. It's mostly a VERY BAD road, extremely bumpy. We had very sensitive stuff in out car. We only hope it madeit okay. Use the TransCanada if possible! Read more

Can't go into the restaurant at all in the morning! 6am until whenever they decide to unlock the doors. Speedy service but order... is always wrong. Can't keep up with customers, always a lineup causing mayhem in the parking-lot. Its clear they need additionalstaff, a better, more present restaurant Manager & continuous training for all their employees and staff. Employees that canread the order instead of guessing all the time under pressure. Its getting ridiculous. Need new Managment! Read more
