Ordered some food, and I'm not even sure what happened. Got 3 random pizzas but the staff owned up to it, made new ones and... didn't complain. It's important that the issue was resolved without unnecessary confrontations or an over abundance ofquestions and scrutiny. Will come again . Read more
Enjoyed our first pizza from here. Breadsticks were small and sad, however we looked forward to trying again. Sadly been out of... menu items the two times we have tired to order since. Very friendly staff, clean store. Read more
I've been a Topper's lover for years and it's always been my go to place (North Bay mainly). I decided to order a mediun meat... mountain and was extremely dissapointed. The pizza dough was extremely soggy and the amount of grease was unbelievable. I'venever seen such an issue at other locations. The size of the crust left little room for the actual cheese and toppings as well.Overall very dissatisfied with this location. Serious quality control needs to be implemented. Read more
Ordered a pizza, was told 40 min. About that, the kid was parked in front of house, looking around. , I said, I have a lit... driveway, but then he said your pizza was stolen. T is a sketchy area, (lively) I'll be back in 20 min. I promise. N about 20min. The kid was back,parked in the driveway, handed me a pizza, apologized, gave me 3 dpper things, and split. Brought thepiazza in, and we opened t, it was stone cold! Toppers when I called, hadn't remade t obviously, and said couldn't sendanother free. ! If you want to have an issue every time you order a pizza this is the pizza for you. I'll always give the benefit of the doubt... so ordered a couple of additional times and still had issues. Pizza is quite frankly, terrible. You'll usually get barely anytoppings. Complained to Toppers corporate about multiple mistakes in our order and was told the manager at this location wouldcall back. I've been a Toppers lover for years but tonight I got the worst pizza I have ever had from them. I got a 10 topper double cheese... and pineapple. No double cheese and very few veggies. Cheese was sparse leaving lots of crust uncovered. I will try it againhopefully I will get the awesome pizza I'm accustomed to. Read more
