Very bad few experiences here. Sadly I've been here 3 times and all 3 times very messy inside. This last time was the final... straw. One person was taking orders and I saw my online order on a table in the back. I asked employee to get my bag but he justran away. Asked another girl but she was on "break" just get my bag!!!! Had to wait 10 min for poor cook to finally give me mybag. Food is terrible at this place too they barely give any chicken even if you ask for extra!! I see lots of negative reviewslately. All of the negative reviews are accurate. Arrived on the exact minute of when I stated I'd pick up my burrito. Burrito was so... cold it was easily sitting out for half an hr. I think my burrito had 2 pieces of steak in it. By far the worst Chipotle I'vebeen to. Avoid at all costs. Read more
This is the most disgusting Chipotle, or any restaurant for that matter, that I have been to since I visited Tijuana in 1976. I... cannot believe the Health Department has not shut this rat trap down. Wow. From the second I entered I was mortified. Everythingis dirty. Very dirty. The sneeze guard in front of the food, every table, the floors, the high chairs, and do not get me startedon the restrooms. And I mean years of neglect and nastiness. The flies know it as well. I ordered cheese quesadilla from here. It was completely burnt out along with paper. My son was about to eat and told us... something wrong with it. When I went back to the store and asked, they mentioned that machine is not working since one month andno one taking care of it. They should have replaced with other food and put some sorry note instead of serving unhealthy food.This is not the first time. Literally like 60% size of all other chipotles. This is not a single experience, ordered several times. Always smaller than... Dublin location. Also don?t get fajita veggies half the time I order. Wish I could give zero star. We had second time worst experience. For the online order, we paid extra for extra chicken and it... was even less than the regular portion. The overall burrito bowl looked like half eaten with scraped burnt bitter left overchicken. First visit to this place on a Sunday evening 8:00pm. Out of chips. Out of chips? They were also out of the new meat that was... being promoted and the employee said ?we ran out at about 4:30 PM?. Soda machine had no ice. I asked the cashier for more iceand he was nice and accommodating, except he performed a cross contamination violation by ramming my cup into the ice machineand scooping out the ice which is a big no-no in the restaurant business.
