This place used to be better. Now it's like a self service restaurant. You have to get in line, order your food and drinks (... you have to get your own drinks) and find a table, if you are lucky you will find a clean one. If not you'd have to ask one ofthe employees to clean it so you can eat there. There is absolutely NO service at the table so make sure you didn't missanything when you order at the beginning. Orange juice used to be freshly made but not anymore, now it's pre-made waiting in thefridge. Food is nothing like before. If you are hungry it will fill you up since the portions are good, but if you are lookingfor good flavor, good service and good atmosphere, then this is not the place. Read more

Fried chicken was excellent and the Strawberrys were nice and fresh! Waffles were light and a perfect base for the toppings.... Great balance of flavors, especially the chicken with the syrup and butter. Overall a delicious breakfast/lunch. Read more

I stopped here on my way down from the Bay Area to LA. I was hungry and this place was close to the freeway so I check it out.... This place is unique. From the looks of it, it's known for its sweats (cookies, donuts and pies) but it is a full blownrestaurant. Another interesting aspect to this place is if you dine in, you can self serve yourself drinks, chips and salsawhile you wait for your order. The reps were also well mannered and looked like they were constantly working. Read more

Pleasantly surprised to find a breakfast place (in Livermore, California) that had some island (Hawaiian) touches. The ube... crinkle cookies and ube pancake was extremely delicious. Even better than some places in Hawaii. The avocado toast was alsoreally good. Portions are generous, prices higher than average. Read more

First time coming here. Was looking for classical American style breakfast over the weekend. Choices where Denica's or country... waffles. Choose Denica's due to everyone pictures of the ube pancakes. Came here for breakfast on a Sunday morning around 10.Didn't seem so busy but tables filled as fast as they were emptied. Ube Pancakes Absolutely amazing. Not too sweet, all thefruit and that home made whipped cream paired very well with the pancakes and that amazing ube coconut glaze. Only downside isthe pancakes are slightly on the dry side but with enough glaze and whipped cream it's fine. Kalua Pork Hash Very nice, VERYtasty. Pork is on the salty side but paired with the potatoes, eggs, and what ever bread you choose, the balance is absolutelyamazing. Could have used a touch more sauce and fried shallots but that's just me being picky. Would one hundred percentrecommend and will eat here again! Read more
