Love this place good assortment of chocolate, very friendly and healpful.
Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and I'm sure I bought more coffee than I needed to, but I'm sure I'll drink it. ... Pretty cool rewards program as well, spend $10 once and get one truffle/chocolate from the case free each month. Read more
Luis, a very knowledgeable and helpful employee at this shop was astounding. He showed us several different types of amazing... Ghirardelli chocolates (made at this very factory) and promotions available. The selection was extremely varied and the pricewas right, and all without having to travel to the factory in San Francisco! :p Luis told us some of the intriguing history ofGhirardelli/Lindt and regretfully informed us there are no tours available despite having many requests. :( I do hope theyconsider starting tours at this location with Luis at the tour guide! I would love to know more about how Ghirardelli chocolateis made today and the history of how it came to be. Read more
