Luis, a very knowledgeable and helpful employee at this shop was astounding. He showed us several different types of amazing... Ghirardelli chocolates (made at this very factory) and promotions available. The selection was extremely varied and the pricewas right, and all without having to travel to the factory in San Francisco! :p Luis told us some of the intriguing history ofGhirardelli/Lindt and regretfully informed us there are no tours available despite having many requests. :( I do hope theyconsider starting tours at this location with Luis at the tour guide! I would love to know more about how Ghirardelli chocolateis made today and the history of how it came to be. Read more

The store is well stocked and the people working there are awesome. The lady held a few jars of chocolate sauce for my wife and... when we arrived was the one who helped us. Can?t wait to go back and try some other flavors. Read more
