Server Danielle W had probably some of the worst customer service I?ve ever experienced. She had attitude the entire time. I... asked the difference between two drinks as I don?t come to Jamba often. This was obviously too much to ask as she snapped backwith a sarcastic response. She cut me off multiple times during my order and when I asked about a neighbor discount she scoffedand had to ask another employee. She didn?t even put the name on my order correct so when my order was up I had no clue. Shethen gave me a hard time for asking for two packets of mustard for my pretzel because apparently only one from my orderqualifies for a single packet of mustard. This woman seriously needs a review in customer service or to find another job thatdoesn?t include customer service. Read more

My second time coming and both were great. First time the employee helped explain the different boosts they can add and she gave... me a good choice of drink. Second time they were a little busy but as soon as I walked in let me know they will be with me assoon as possible. Very friendly and helpful. I'll be going here a lot more. Read more
