Went to this location today, ordered two coffee?s and a breakfast sandwich. I waited in line for 15 minutes after i ordered,... patiently. I was given my sandwich and my ice coffee, missing my hot coffee. No big deal they are super busy. Waited five moreminutes and then asked about my coffee. The girl was dismissive and another girl came and made my coffee. Went to open mysandwich and i couldn?t believe they served me this. Bacon fatty and unheated. Croissant had been flattened with finger prints.Cold and not safe to eat. Hot food hot; cold food cold. The number one rule. Customer service and food was just so bad. I knowwe are struggling with keeping up, but this was just the worst that i have seen and most of the time its pretty bad at most DD.As far as prepared food. Read more
Person at the Register did not seem to know how to navigate the computer and when she took my drink order she took one of them... incorrectly. When I tried to explain what was wrong, was told well that's basically what's in your drink and left it at that.Don't think I'll come back here too many times. The coffee isn?t bad, they usually have that on point. HOWEVER, when I order donuts they always seem to forget to give them to... me. I?ve been in the drive through multiple times and never have received my full order without hassling them first. It seemslike there is no communication throughout the kitchen, or else I?d get my full order. Read more
I have to say this is one of the worst Dunkin' donuts around. The customer service is lousy, they all have bad attitudes, and... they are extremely slow in preparing orders. And even with the slowness the orders are still never correct. I personally willtravel an extra 8 Miles to go to a different Dunkin. when possible Read more

Stood in line and waited without any service for my entire half hour lunch break. One worker saw me waiting and took off to the... back of the store not to be seen again. Finally got service and waited another 5+ minutes for a simple coffee. Was the onlycustomer in the store and would expect faster service from a dunkin. Read more
